U.S. DVD + CD release

This is merely a repackaging of the Gold DVD and the 20th Century Masters CD in one package. The DVD and CD are exactly the same as the ones that were sold individually. The case is the size of a standard CD jewel box, not the larger DVD box.

It seems to me that it would have made much more sense to have released this as a combination of the Gold DVD and the Gold CD (the European version), but no one asked me...

I would only recommend buying this combo if you don't already have the individual DVD and CD.
