This CD was issued as part of the "Remastered Classics" series, but unlike the remastered versions of the original albums, this set does not have the original vinyl mixes. Instead, this is sort of the "remix collection," including all the remixes that had been done up to this point.

This set is almost identical to the original US Yesterday Once More release from 1985 (identical in terms of which songs are on the album), with the placement of a couple of songs having been rearranged, and one additional song, "I Just Fall In Love Again."

However, at only 28 tracks, it contains very little more than the single-disc collection Twenty-Two Hits of the Carpenters. There was room on these discs for about 40 more minutes of music, so I wonder why more was not included?...
